Fighting Parkinson’s Disease with AI

There are 1 million Parkinson’s Disease patients in North America and 10 million worldwide. The disease is growing at 60,000 new patients a year over the last 30 years. Although Parkinson’s Disease is usually developed before age 50, most patients did not realize it until the late stage.

GenerationsE team is committed to making medical images smart for doctors in patient diagnosis and care. We were honoured to receive NRC-IRAP grant for our collaboration with Royal Columbian Hospital on early detection for Parkinson’s Disease (PD) via CT/MRI image analysis.

By partnering with the renowned neurologist and radiologist, Drs. Medvedev and Siu at Royal Columbian Hospital, we are on our journey to fight Parkinson's Disease and eventually more brain diseases!
